LHH, The Adecco Group division that handles outplacement and HR consulting, named John Morgan as president effective July 1. Morgan presently serves as LHH’s chief operating officer and head of established markets.

Current President Ranjit de Sousa will step down from the role at the end of June. De Sousa had been promoted to president of LHH in 2018 after having served in other leadership roles at the organization since 2005.

During de Sousa’s tenure, LHH launched its Ezra mobile coaching app that connects employees with LHH professional coaches around the world.

“I am delighted that John Morgan has agreed to take over as president of LHH,” de Sousa said. “John and I partnered together closely over the years to deliver value to our clients and build and maintain our impactful employee culture.”

Morgan has more than 20 years of experience in professional services and lives in North Caldwell, New Jersey.

Morgan has driven innovation as a leader and met and exceeded profitability goals, said Sergio Picarelli, president of The Adecco Group’s Talent Solutions Global business unit.

“We also want to thank Ranjit for building a strong leadership team, repositioning LHH in line with the market evolution, and driving innovation and market-leading growth,” Picarelli said. “With John’s expertise, we will continue to build on LHH’s achievements and transform careers through our end-to-end solutions.”

LHH had rebranded from Lee Hecht Harrison in January 2020.
