With so many exhibitors on hand for the three-day event, attendees will be able to learn about dozens of tools and solutions as they work on welcoming employees back to workplaces, enacting hybrid plans, continuing to emphasize mental and financial health for employees and so many other pressing topics.

Benefits technology, a rapidly growing branch of HR technology, also will be featured, including during the popular “Ideas & Innovators” keynote session, led by HR Tech Conference Chair Steve Boese, which will spotlight how emerging tech is influencing the benefits space during a series of five-minute presentations.

Many of the innovations are in response to the new COVID-related challenges employers are facing. The pandemic has driving investments in benefits and wellness tech to $2 billion in 2021, according to speaker George LaRocque. His session, titled “How Benefits Technology Is Transforming the Workplace,” begins at 10:45 a.m. Wednesday.
