In a survey of 350 HR and talent acquisition leaders, 51% say that chatbots “significantly improve” job candidate satisfaction, according to research from AI talent engagement provider Sense and research firm Talent Board. The survey also found that the biggest challenge for today’s recruiting teams was “connecting and engaging with passive talent” (42%) and that the most successful method of contacting and communicating with candidates was via chatbots and conversational AI (36%).

Distributed workforce management provider Remote has integrated with global HR technology firm HiBob to deliver one-way data synchronization for customers of both platforms. The new integration allows HiBob users to automatically update new and current employee information into the Remote platform, minimizing administrative work while streamlining global talent management, according to a news release. Remote supports companies’ efforts to hire employees globally and acts as an employer of record in over 60 nations.

General Motors’ former head of global talent acquisition lead, attraction, sourcing and insights, Kyle Lagunas, has started his role as principal analyst for Aptitude Research. This marks the recruitment superstar’s return to research after working for several analyst firms and then at ATS-provider Beamery before his recent stint at GM. Stacy Greiner

Financial tech provider DailyPay has hired Stacy Greiner as its chief operating officer. She will report to DailyPayCEO Kevin Coop and will be responsible for both external and internal operations. These duties include overseeing people operations, building corporate culture and overseeing service to clients and partners. Greiner previously worked as general manager of Dun & Bradstreet’s sales and marketing solutions division and in senior executive roles for Cisco, IBM and Accenture.

Microsoft veteran Pushkaraj Kale joined recruitment skills start-up iMocha as head of go-to-market strategy. Before joining iMocha, Kale served as the co-founder and chief operating officer of TheDataTeam, where he was involved in HR will overseeing customer-facing functions and scaling the business. Previously, Kale was the country director for Microsoft’s Financial Services organization in India. iMocha delivers a business skills intelligence platform that helps talent managers make recruitment and reskilling decisions.
