Medical Solutions on Monday announced it is launching a new brand identity in the wake of its acquisition of C&A Industries last year. Both firms ranked among the largest US healthcare staffing firms, and the deal increased Medical Solutions’ revenue to more than $1 billion from approximately $500 million.

“While we’ve become a stronger Medical Solutions through acquisition and diversification, our new brand identity gets to the heart and soul of who we are, what drives us, and our promise to our employees and to our customers,” CEO Craig Meier said.

The new brand includes a new logo and website with the Medical Solutions name to remain. However, its Medical Solutions Plus managed service program will now operate under the Medical Solutions brand. In addition, the nonclinical staffing businesses the company acquired with the C&A acquisition will continue to operate under their existing brands for now; they include Aureus Group, Celebrity Staff, AurStaff and the FocusOne Solutions managed services program.
