A majority stake in IT staffing firm SANS Consulting was acquired by XDuce Inc., a provider of software development, system integration and staffing services, according to an announcement Thursday.
“With XDuce’s expanded global delivery capabilities and SANS’s market penetration, the combined synergies will ensure seamless execution of services to our clients,” XDuce President and CEO Jay Dave said.
SANS Consulting, based in New York, specializes in the banking and financial services segments. The company was founded in 1994.
XDuce is based in Edison, New Jersey.
