PDQ Staffing, an industrial staffing firm serving north Texas, acquired Corporate Search Associates, a firm based in El Paso, Texas.
The deal announced this week represents the first acquisition for PDQ.
“The completion of this deal is a major milestone for us,” PDQ Staffing President/CEO Doug Mumme said. “We are excited to expand into new markets through acquisition, and we are fortunate to have our first deal go so smoothly.”
The El Paso branch will continue to operate out of the same location. The existing team will stay in place.
PDQ plans future acquisitions in the temporary staffing and RPO space with a focus on business located in Texas that served the industrial, clerical, IT or medical segments and that have sales of between $2 million and $20 million.
