Express Employment Professionals named Arthur McColl as CEO of its Frontline Recruitment Group business that has 31 locations in Australia and New Zealand. Oklahoma City-based Express acquired Frontline earlier this year and announced the deal in February. McColl most recently served as CEO of Collective Wellness Group, the parent company and franchise holder of US brands Anytime Fitness, Orangetheory Fitness and Xtend Barre.

Coral Springs, Florida-based Lean Staffing Solutions added Trey Griggs as VP, responsible for organizing and launching Lean Sales, its new division centered on outsourcing sales teams and services. Through its partnership with Jordan Belfort’s Straight Line Hiring Solutions, Lean Sales will place sales reps in US-based companies and also provide training, coaching, consulting and sales support.

Executive search firm Cognitive Talent Partners named Abba Manchanda as a partner and head of US operations. Manchanda will be based in New York. She previously served as VP of sales at VistaJet, a private jet charter company.

Comhar Partners named Christopher Zorich, a former Chicago Bears football player, as managing director of its newly launched sports management, higher education and nonprofit practice. Zorich previously oversaw the Division I athletic program at Chicago State University as director of intercollegiate athletics. Zorich is also a motivational and public speaker and previously founded and operated a non-for-profit. Chicago-based Comhar Partners provides retained executive search, professional recruiting and talent advisory services.

The Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association, a global organization of RPO providers and others, named Michelle Krier as a member of its advisory board. Krier is senior VP of sales and marketing at ClearEdge Marketing.

Bay Street Advisors, a New York-headquartered advisory and executive recruiting firm specializing in financial services, announced Managing Director John Rumsey will lead its new office in London, the firm’s first location outside the US.
