Jobs website Indeed named Jessica Jensen as chief marketing officer effective March 29. Jensen will report to CEO Chris Hyams. Jensen was most recently part of the Booking Holding family of companies service as senior VP of marketing for Kayak before holding the chief marketing officer role at OpenTable. Prior to that, she spent five years at Facebook, serving as head of products, platforms and insights for business marketing.

MRINetwork announced Emily Phair as VP of sales. Phair will join MRINetwork’s leadership team along with CEO Bert Miller, Chief Vision Officer Joe Mullings, Senior VP Global Operations Nancy Halverson, VP of Marketing Jessica Hollander-Torres, CFO Todd Simpson and Senior Director Annette Wehrli.

Healthcare staffing firm Gale Healthcare Solutions appointed Heather Gingerich as VP of human resources. Gingerich previously served as the HR business partner supporting the home health and hospice divisions of Brookdale Senior Living Inc. Gale Healthcare also reported several promotions of women into leadership roles during the fourth quarter. They included Carissa Lundberg to chief administrative officer, Tinkie Williams to chief nurse executive, Robbin Reber to national director of business development. In addition, the company appointed to the position of regional market director Mary Ellen Raftery, Ellen Carros, Jennifer Simpson and Lisa Ketterer.

Monica Shuffett has been promoted to the position of VP, Luttrell Staffing Group announced. Shuffett will lead Luttrell’s seven woman-owned offices in Kentucky as well as the firm’s branches in middle Tennessee. Shuffett takes over from Connie Harris, who is retiring after 35 years, including 21 years as the company’s vice president.

Executive search firm WittKieffer announced Michael Castleman as chief growth and transformation officer. Prior to joining WittKieffer, Castleman founded consulting Inference Strategic Advisors. Before that, he served as president and CEO of staffing firm CDI Corp.

Heidrick & Struggles International Inc. (NADAQ: HSII) board member Clare Chapman won’t stand for re-election at the company’s next annual meeting. Chapman has been a director since 2015.

Travis Thomas joined TriSearch Human Capital Solutions as VP of its US technology practice.

Spherion Staffing announced that Emmanuel Olanipekun will lead the company’s new IT staffing office in Dallas as franchise owner.
