Direct-sourcing provider Opptly appointed Lori Hock as CEO. Hock most recently was CEO, Americas, for Hudson RPO. Prior to that, she was with Adecco Solutions (now Pontoon), serving as the company’s president and a member of its global leadership team.

Volt Information Sciences Inc. appointed Craig Lewis as chief revenue officer, effective Jan. 24. He has overall leadership responsibility for the company’s nationwide commercial and technical branch network. Lewis most recently was senior VP of revenue, North America, at workforce solutions provider Resources Global Professionals.

Salo, a Minneapolis-based staffing provider, named Kaleen Robinson as chief talent officer to lead its talent and human resources team. Robinson comes to Salo from Alight Solutions, where she served as VP of human resources.

JDC Group, a division of Jacksonville, Florida-based staffing provider Consulting Solutions, named Greg Beyer as president. Beyer previously served as senior VP of JDC Group’s SAP strategic consulting and advisory solutions practice. JDC Group founder and former President Johannes Dorsch is retiring but will remain on the company’s board.

Healthcare staffing firm Medicus Healthcare Solutions announced Courtney Gold, VP of delivery, will oversee its new Fulfil crowdsourcing platform for physician and advanced practice recruiters.

Executive search firm Bespoke Partners appointed Prakash Patel as CFO. He joins Bespoke Partners from Kaufman Hall and Associates, a private equity-backed healthcare consulting and SaaS organization.

ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) named Mark Cahill as country manager for the Netherlands. Cahill will lead all the company’s brands in the country: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions and Jefferson Wells. Cahill will also continue in his role as UK country manager. Cahill succeeds Jeroen Zwinkels, who is leaving the company.

Executive search firm WittKieffer hired DEI Practice Leader Philip Burton, based in Chicago, to lead the firm’s newly launched DE&I suite of services. Prior to joining WittKieffer, he was managing director at healthcare-focused consulting firm The Exeter Group. 

Loyal Source, an Orlando, Florida-based staffing provider, appointed Todd Duclos as VP of marketing. He was previously VP of information technology at Optomi Professional Services. His past experience also includes serving as VP of strategy and innovation at the Lucas Group.

The Judge Group hired Nancy Burr as VP of enterprise accounts to help grow the company’s marketing and creative staffing line of business. Burr has worked on both the corporate and agency side of advertising and marketing businesses and has twenty years of experience supporting clients’ creative staffing needs.

TempForce Gainesville in Gainesville, Florida, is becoming Spherion Staffing, effective Jan. 31, under the continued ownership of Carolynn Buchanan. Buchanan has owned the TempForce Gainesville office since 1985.
