Salo, a Minneapolis-based finance/accounting and HR staffing provider, named Adam Sprecher as chief growth officer; Sue Newton as director of national human resources sales; Richard Walch as director of national finance sales; Dave Telep as HR managing director of the west region; Milton Dodd as sales director of the south region; Denice Larson as HR sales director of the south region; Danielle Ringwelski as HR sales director, Minneapolis; and Cari Wilkins as sales director in Chicago. Earlier this week, Salo announced it struck a deal to be acquired by Korn Ferry.
Trusted Inc., a nurse staffing platform, hired Kate Kline as president. Kline most recently served as president of Zocdoc.
Employ Inc. named Joe Furnari as CFO. Furnari has more than 25 years of experience and most recently was VP of finance at global technology company Dynatrace. Employ Inc. is the parent company of JazzHR, Lever, Jobvite and NXTThing RPO. Furnari will report to CEO Pete Lamson.
Sigrid Boring is the founder and CEO of ConTemporary Locums LLC, a newly launched provider of physician staffing. Boring’s experience includes roles at AMN Healthcare Services Inc. and Host Healthcare. She also launched Locums Unlimited in 2015, which was acquired by Aya Healthcare in 2018. ConTemporary Locums’ board of directors includes Melissa Byington, CEO of Synchronized Solutions, former chief sales officer at Supplemental Health Care and former group president of CHG Healthcare. Also on the board are Eric Casazza and Brent Rivard, who both previously held leadership roles at AMN. Casazza is currently CEO of FMT Consultants, while Rivard is a partner and managing director of commercial real estate firm Pathfinder Partners.
Instawork named Robert Ting as chief marketing officer. Ting comes to the company from Bill (formerly Bill.com), where he was VP of growth marketing. Instawork’s app connects businesses with hourly professionals.
Executive search firm Slone Partners appointed Fred McCallum as VP, client partnerships. McCallum previously served as chief sales officer at OnPoint Facility Services, a national facility management company.
Aaron Friedman and Denisse Guenou are co-founders of Pana Partners, a newly launched staffing firm with headquarters in Miami and Los Angeles.
