The Ōnin Group appointed Rick Orcutt as chief information officer. Orcutt joined the company in 2005 as a recruiter and ascended to an onsite manager position and gained expertise in IT. The Ōnin Group is a privately held staffing provider based in Birmingham, Alabama.

TalentLaunch, a network of independently operated staffing firms, named Steve Morin as chief information officer. Morin is responsible for the TalentLaunch Services IT organization tasked with providing IT services to the network. Morin has more than 35 years of IT and business experience. He previously served as VP of IT M&A at Salesforce. Morin has also held the CIO role at Advantage Resourcing, Bright Horizons and Demandware.

Amanda Lowe joined The Reserves Network as VP and corporate counsel. Lowe comes to the Fairview Park, Ohio-based staffing provider with more than 20 years of criminal law and litigation experience. During the last 18 years, Lowe served as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the criminal division for the Franklin County, Ohio, prosecutor’s office. She is taking over from Gordon Friedrich, who is retiring after serving in the role since 2000. Lowe is also the daughter of Don Stallard, the founder of The Reserves Network. Her older brother, Neil Stallard, is CEO, and her twin brother, Nicholas Stallard, is chief growth officer.

Staffy, an on-demand staffing platform serving the healthcare, hospitality and general service industries, named Sharon Lee Smith as chief operating officer. Smith previously served as CEO of Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network. Staffy is based in Canada.

BankW Staffing promoted Dawn Jesmer to senior managing director of its brand, The Nagler Group. Jesmer has been with the company for more than 10 years. In addition, BankW Staffing promoted Sal Mazzarella to managing director of its Sales Search Partners brand. Mazzarella joined the company in July 2017. Also, BankW promoted Ari Lehner to managing director of its Portsmouth, New Hampshire, office. Lehner joined the company in 2015.

Catapult Solution Group, a Dallas-based staffing firm, promoted Kimberly Combs to director accounting and finance.

PrideStaff announced that Rob Angerhofer is owner/strategic partner of its new office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota; Aaron Silver is owner/strategic partner of its new office in Columbia, Maryland; John Gemrich is owner/strategic partner of its new Cincinnati Northwest office; and Dino and Giselle Bavaro are the new owners of the PrideStaff office in Morristown-Parsippany, New Jersey.

Nextaff announced that Dalen Pluskett is the owner and operator of its new Tacoma, Washington, office; and it announced Tom Moreland as the owner and operator of its new Omaha office.

SCM Talent Group LLC named Hinesh Patel as senior partner and head of executive search. Patel formerly led the US supply chain and operations practice at Egon Zehnder.

Versique Search and Consulting, a Minneapolis-based executive search and consulting firm, promoted Chris Dardis to president of consulting services. Dardis joined the company in July 2013 as director of HR consulting services and has more than 19 years of recruiting experience.

Grant Duncan Joined Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) as senior client partner and a managing director media, entertainment and digital EMEA. He is based in London.

Recruiter software firm iCIMS appointed Patrick Bakey as chief revenue officer. Bake previously spent 17 years at SAP.
