Global staffing firm Randstad nv announced the addition of three C-level executive positions as well as the departure of its chief digital officer.

Myriam Beatove Morale will join the company on Sept. 1 as its chief human resources officer. Morale most recently served as CHRO at Cargill.

Randstad also reported that Audra Jenkins will become the staffing giant’s chief equity officer effective Sept. 1. Jenkins had joined Randstad North America in 2008 as chief diversity and inclusion officer. She will drive change at Randstad globally in her new role. Jenkins had also appeared on this year’s list of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers.

Taking on the role of chief information officer will be Martin de Weerdt. Coming to Randstad from Accenture, de Weerdt will assume the role effective Aug. 1.

Lastly, Randstad announced that René Steenvoorden will step down from the executive board and from his role as chief digital officer on Oct. 1. He will remain with the company as a senior advisor for a further 12 months to ensure a smooth handover and transition of responsibilities before pursuing other opportunities. Steenvoorden joined Randstad in 2016 and had become an executive board member in 2020.

“On behalf of the supervisory board, I would like to thank René for his contribution to Randstad and to send a warm welcome to Myriam and Martin,” said Wout Dekker, chair of Randstad’s supervisory board. “I would also like to congratulate Audra on her appointment.”

Today’s announcement comes after Sander van ‘t Noordende became CEO at the Netherlands-headquartered firm. The company announced last October that former CEO Jacques van den Broek would be stepping down.
