Retained search revenue is forecast to fall 30% this year before rebounding with growth of 17% in 2021, according to the “US Staffing Industry Forecast: July 2020 Update” by SIA.
Retained search is also the Staffing Word of the Week. SIA’s online Lexicon of staffing terminology defines it as: “Service provided by an executive search firm to locate a candidate for a specific position at a client company. Fee is payable whether or not a hire is made.”
