From recruitment to diversity to engagement to redesigning the workplaces of tomorrow, technology is influencing all of the priorities competing for the top spot on HR leaders’ agendas. And all will be at the center of discussions on the opening day of the Spring HR Technology Conference & Exposition®.

Running March 16-19, the free, virtual conference will provide a comprehensive look at HR today and technology’s role in advancing its success. Industry analyst and keynoter Josh Bersin will set the stage for the event with his keynote at 11 a.m. Tuesday on the state of the HR technology market. Bersin will explore how the expected rebounding economy will impact HR and, in turn, the tools it needs to recruit and retain top talent. He will provide exclusive insights into the areas of the market that are growing, those that are falling behind, and the vendors and products to keep on your radar.

Both keynoters will participate in a live Q&A after their sessions.

Core sessions throughout the day will tackle topics including how HR technology is driving business transformation and cultures of inclusion, with real-work applications on display. ServiceNow’s core session at noon offers insights on enhancing the digital employee experience, while a 3 p.m. session from DailyPay explores the value of immediate employee rewards in today’s work environment. Also at 3, catch a session from Gloat featuring exclusive research on the future of the talent marketplace.
