System One, a Pittsburgh-based IT and engineering staffing provider, promoted Chief Operating Officer Greg Lignelli to president and COO. System One also announced that Troy Gregory is now chairman of the company and will continue in his role as CEO as well.
“Greg’s guidance, direction, and leadership have been instrumental in maintaining our strong reputation as a world-class organization providing specialized, innovative solutions to our clients,” Gregory said. “This change is essential to our growth and continued positioning within our long-term strategic plans.”
Lignelli was part of a management team buyout in February 2008 from Hudson Highland Group to form System One. Lignelli also appeared on the 2021 Staffing 100 list by Staffing Industry Analysts.
