The Planet Group, a Chicago-based staffing provider, signed a deal to acquire Launch Consulting Group, a Seattle-based provider of professional expertise and recruiting services.
Launch Consulting was founded in 2005. It has more than 600 team members and offices across the US as well as in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Hyderabad, India.
“Launch’s focus on growth and excellence in delivery makes them the perfect fit for Planet,” said Tim Simmerly, president of The Planet Group.
Launch Consulting is led by CEO Heinrich Montana.
Plans call for Launch Consulting to join forces with The Planet Group’s Strive Consulting, which specializes in data and analytics, technology enablement, cybersecurity and compliance, and management consulting.
