Executive search and healthcare staffing firm The Tolan Group is spinning out its healthcare staffing operations into a separate company.
The new, separate healthcare staffing firm will be named ClinTech Health LLC. It will provide staffing of clinical and healthcare IT professionals. The clinical operations provide staff such as registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants to assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities. It serves retirement homes and other sites that provide care to the aging population. The clinician staffing business is focused on locations east of the Mississippi. The healthcare IT operations serve the entire US.
ClinTech Health will be led by Dave Stillmunkes, who has 20 years of experience in healthcare staffing.
In addition, Bradley Ash is leading the new company’s healthcare IT service line as VP healthcare IT. Ash will report to Stillmunkes.
