The Retail, Wholesale and Department Store Union today said it has filed objections with the National Labor Relations Board in its effort to unionize Amazon warehouse workers at a site in Alabama, Wired reported. The union claims Amazon violated the terms of the recent union election that failed to garner enough votes, and asked the board to void the result. The union outlined 23 objections to Amazon’s conduct, arguing that the company “prevented a free and uncoerced exercise of choice by the employees.”
