Sessions on the second day of the virtual HR Technology Conference & Exposition will kick off with a powerful, research-based discussion of purpose, when keynoter Stacia Garr delves into the role and benefits of purpose in business, in HR and how HR technology can support purpose in the workplace.

The day will conclude with a detailed look at award-winning HR tools that just might help with that work. The Top HR Products keynote features demonstrations of seven of the 16 winners for 2020.

The core sessions are “IMAGINE: The Future of Talent Acquisition” with Jobvite CEO Aman Brar and three guests; a discussion of “Agility in Action” with Delta’s Myria Peek and Avature’s Bill Cleary; a conversation about on-demand pay with a panel of speakers including Jim Kramer, vice president of people operations at Shamrock Foods, Cheryl McCann of Metz Culinary Management and Jeanniey Walden of DailyPay; and a discussion about “Self-Service: The Secret to Unleashing Efficiency, Productivity and Engagement” with Tom Hammond of Paychex.
