Proceeds to Benefit Emerging Women Leaders in the Staffing Industry
The American Staffing Association is excited to announce that Joanie Bily—chief experience officer at Employbridge, president of RemX, first vice chair of the ASA board of directors, and author of the newly released book Dive In D.E.E.P.—will be donating proceeds from the book to the ASA Women in Leadership scholarship program.
Dive In D.E.E.P. provides a comprehensive guide on how to dive into personal and professional growth with passion and purpose. The book offers insights and practical strategies for navigating the everchanging business landscape and achieving success in all areas of life.
“Dive in D.E.E.P. is a valuable resource for anyone who wants to live a more successful and fulfilling life,” said Richard Wahlquist, president and CEO of ASA. “Joanie believes an essential part of creating a fulfilling life is ‘paying it forward.’ Her generous gesture to donate proceeds of her book to the ASA Women in Leadership scholarship program will help us provide even more opportunities to support emerging women leaders.”
“I believe in the power of mentorship and investing in the potential of others,” Bily said. “The Women in Leadership scholarship program provides women staffing leaders with access to new opportunities to grow and thrive as a leader. I’m excited to support such a proven and worthwhile initiative.”
The Women in Leadership scholarship program was established in 2020 to help women pursue leadership roles in the staffing industry. The scholarships will allow rising stars in the industry to attend Staffing World®, the ASA annual convention and expo, and the THRIVE women in leadership preconvention program this October in Charlotte, NC.
Applications for the scholarship program are now open and the deadline to apply is Monday, May 22.
