Boyden, a global firm that provides executive search and other services, promoted Victor Escandón to a dual role of CFO and COO. Boyden also promoted Chris Swee to chief marketing officer.
Escandón had already served as Boyden’s chief financial officer; with the promotion he also takes on the chief operating officer role.
In his new roles, Escandón will guide the firm’s portfolio of investments in addition to driving efforts to accelerate a business partnership among Boyden offices.
Swee previously was global head of marketing. In his new role, Swee will oversee Boyden’s global marketing platform, including digital initiatives, social media, thought content and innovations.
“It is important to recognize the outstanding efforts of Victor and Chris as we continue to evolve our global firm, ensure continuity of leadership as well as continue our efforts to provide the highest levels of services and support to our offices, practices, partners and all our global clients,” Boyden President and CEO Trina Gordon said.
Boyden has more than 75 offices in 45 countries. It’s based in Purchase, New York.
