Job board firm Job.com announced the acquisition of two staffing firms — Fortus Healthcare Resources and Endevis — adding $50 million of revenue to Job.com.

“Fortus and Endevis are both strong businesses, and we are thrilled that they have joined our portfolio,” Job.com co-founder and CEO Paul Sloyan said. “They both complement HireVergence, the cybersecurity specialist staffing firm we acquired in 2020, and give us penetration into the healthcare, automotive and other sectors.”

Fortus, based in Utica, New York, provides travel healthcare professionals with an emphasis on nursing. It currently employs more than 200 nurses on contract and has a team of more than 40 recruiters. It was founded in 1993.

Meanwhile, Endevis offers a range of staffing solutions, including RPO. It employs more than 100 contractors and 60 staff. It was founded in 2000 with offices in Toledo, Maumee and Cleveland, Ohio; Nashville, Tennessee; and Jersey City, New Jersey.

In addition, to Fortus and Endevis, Job.com has made several other recent acquisitions including HireVergence in August 2020 and Talenting announced in February of this year.
