Recruit CEO says focus is on simplifying hiring (Bloomberg)

Profit is up at Tokyo-based Recruit Holdings Co., owner of Indeed and Glassdoor, but CEO Hisayuki “Deko” Idekoba says the profits are “just numbers”; he’s focused on simplifying the hiring process, Bloomberg reported. “It vexes me that we still haven’t been able to come close to our goal of simplifying hiring,” Idekoba said.
