Soal Technologies, a Texas-based provider of IT and general staffing, acquired Tekberry, a Santa Rosa, California-based staffing firm, in a deal on June 1.
Tekberry has provided contract staffing services to Fortune 500 and 1000 companies for more than two decades.
The deal expands Soal Technologies’ presence in the IT, healthcare and light industrial/administrative support sectors.
“Tekberry is a great company that shares our values and beliefs,” Soal Technologies CEO and founder Ahmed Moledina said.
The operational side of both the companies will be managed by Soal to maintain a centralized workflow.
Soal Technologies was founded in 2009. It has been a provider of IT staffing solutions services to federal, state, education and local governmental entities and commercial businesses.
