SocialTalent is a combination of many things – world leading experts sharing their knowledge, consumable educational videos, and learning paths specifically curated to meet the needs and goals of those in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry. But at the core of all this is our platform. SocialTalent as you see it on your app or desktop is kept running by our hard-working product team. Here are some details about their latest product release.

1. Our brand new Learning Path Wizard

Ever wish that making Learning Paths could be, well, a bit simpler? Well, your wish is our command! 

We believe that when it comes to effective learning, it should be as easy to set up as possible. Our brand new Learning Path Wizard gives step-by-step instructions to help you create learning paths based on skills and levels of experience. This guarantees hyper-relevant content for every learner, which will in turn help to drive both retention and engagement. We love it, and we hope you do too.

2. More consumable Missions with more badges!

You might have noticed that some of our missions were super long, clocking in at over two hours in some cases. That goes against what we know to be effective learning practices – it’s better to break up your learning into smaller chunks for overall retention. Bearing that in mind, we’ve decided to split missions that previously had durations greater than two hours into two parts (and in one case, into three parts!) Phew!

This means that where once you only earned one badge for one long mission, now you can earn a badge for each part of it. This means that there are more chances to earn points as well.

Who doesn’t love an opportunity to earn even more badges and even more points?!
