The 2022 Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list is now online and includes 192 staffing firms. Along with the list is a story in which diversity-owned staffing suppliers detail what they are seeing in the marketplace.
Interest continues to grow among client firms for the use of diversity-owned suppliers. A report by SIA found that 71% of large firms that use staffing services had a program for diversity suppliers in place during 2021, and 26% planned to put one in place within the next two years.
The 2022 Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list itself is a snapshot of the industry’s diversity-owned suppliers.
Each firm was able to list the top one or two segments from which it derives most of its revenue. Firms that cited a certification — such as NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) or WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) — provided proof of certification valid at the time of the survey.
