Astek Canada, a provider of IT staffing, announced today that it acquired Serti Placement, an IT staffing firm based in Montreal.
“In adding a group of highly qualified professionals to our workforce, this move will drive our strong organic growth,” said Michel Boucher, president of Astek Canada. “In addition, we will continue growing externally, further positioning ourselves as a partner of choice for our clients.”
Astek Canada reported revenue of C$100 million in 2021, but it is part of Paris-based Astek Group, which posted revenue of €360 million (US$407.7 million) in 2021.
