Kelly (NASDAQ: KELYA, KELYB) on Feb. 11, was notified by Jane Dutton that she intends to retire as a director effective on the date of the company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Dutton, the Robert L. Kahn Distinguished University Professor Emerita of Business Administration and Psychology at the University of Michigan Business School, has served on the company’s board since 2004.

Brilliant named Christopher Rowan as director of training and development and will report to Brilliant CEO Sheldon Schur. Rowan has more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as director, training and development, at IT staffing firm Diversant. Prior to that, he spent a decade at ManpowerGroup. Brilliant is a Chicago-headquartered provider of staffing in accounting, finance, audit, tax and technology.

Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) promoted Michelle Reisdorf to district president overseeing operations throughout Illinois and Indiana. Reisdorf has been with Robert Half for 23 years and most recently served as senior regional president for professional talent solutions. In addition, Robert Half promoted Kyle O’Keefe to district president overseeing operations throughout Minnesota. O’Keefe has been with Robert Half for 19 years and started his career at the company as a branch manager.

The American Staffing Association named Linda Marie Arredondo, CIO and executive VP of Express Employment Professionals International in Oklahoma City, as chair of the association’s staffing technology taskforce. Arredondo has served as vice chair of the taskforce for the past year.

Chris Atiyah is CEO of newly launched life sciences staffing firm Biotal and Mark Znowski is president and chairman. Alexis Hood is head of brand at Biotal. Gabrielle Johnson, a recruiter with industry experience in the life sciences market, is also joining the company.

Nextaff announced that its new healthcare staffing office located in Orlando, Florida, is co-owned and operated by John Snellings and Dameon Hunt. The office will focus on caregiver and nurse staffing for long-term care and other healthcare facilities in Orlando and the surrounding area.

Wolf Hill Group, a Slone Partners company and national executive search firm focused on cybersecurity, appointed Robyn Ewers as practice leader. Ewers most recently was VP of business development at Seal Shield.
