Staffmark Group, part of RGF Staffing, promoted Stacey Lane to chief operating officer, overseeing field operations for all its business lines. Lane joined Staffmark Group in 2000 and most recently served as executive VP. She was included in SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing lists for both 2019 and 2020.

The Intersect Group, an Atlanta-based staffing firm in the IT and finance/accounting space, appointed Joe Myers to the CEO role. Prior to joining The Intersect Group, Myers served as COO of specialty industrial staffing firm NSC Technologies LLC and held multiple roles over the span of 10 years at Insight Global.

Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) added Elise Schroeter as the global head of organization and talent strategy for its board and CEO practice. She is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. Schroeter joins Korn Ferry from a global advisory firm where she held multiple geography and practice leadership roles across its talent and rewards, merger and acquisition, and change management practices.

Cross Country Healthcare Inc. (NASDAQ: CCRN) announced Marc Krug, division president, travel and local, was appointed to the National Association of Travel Healthcare Organization’s board of directors. Founded in 2008 to promote ethical business practices in the travel healthcare industry, NATHO is a nonprofit association of travel healthcare organizations that strives to define an industrywide gold standard of conduct on behalf of both travel healthcare candidates and clients. A healthcare staffing and human resources professional for more than 30 years, Krug brings experience as a strategist and day-to-day business leader for Cross Country’s travel nurse and allied divisions.

Onward Search, a staffing agency for digital marketing, creative and technology talent, announced Eliana Hassen joined the company as group president to drive service expansion and lead marketing strategy, sales and delivery. She most recently was senior VP of strategy, sales and operations for Crews Control, a global media and video crewing services company; prior to that, she was CEO and managing partner of Redda Group, VP of strategic solutions for Williams Lea Tag Worldwide and held a variety of leadership roles over an 11-year career at Aquent.

Soltech Inc., an Atlanta-based firm that provides IT staffing among other services, promoted Thayer J. Tate to chief technology officer. He has been with Soltech for more than 15 years, including several years on its executive team. His background includes technology consulting and leading software design, development and delivery teams.

Ice Breaker Resources, a national executive search and commercial real estate consulting firm based in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, added J.T. Tann as director of client development. His experience includes work in the fundraising, healthcare, IT, manufacturing, real estate and retail industries.
