Gale Healthcare appointed Robyn Rusignuolo as chief legal officer. Rusignuolo will report to the president and served as a member of the executive leadership team. She previously spent nine years at Modern Business Associates, a national HR outsourcing and payroll provider. While there, she served as chief legal officer and chief operating officer and also served on its board. Prior to that, Rusignuolo led operations at Community Health Solutions of America. Most recently, she co-founded and built SoleVenture, a technology platform that provides automated HR and compliance support to freelancers.

Broadleaf Results promoted Jason Krumwiede to executive VP from senior VP of client delivery. Krumwiede has more than 20 years of experience and joined Broadleaf in September 2019 as part of the company’s acquisition of TalentRise, where he had served as partner and RPO practice leader. Krumwiede is a board member of the Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association.

Wipro Ltd. appointed Doug Hanson as CEO of its Topcoder division, a crowdsourcing company that includes a global community of designers, developers, data scientists and programmers. Hanson brings 25 years of experience. Prior to Topcoder, Hanson served as chief operating officer for 6 Degrees Health and has held leadership positions at GrubHub, Amazon, Vivid Seats and Microsoft.

Salo, a Minneapolis-based staffing provider, named Whitney Hummel as a finance business development director in Kansas City and the Midwest region. Hummel most recently worked at Kansas City Life Insurance Co. as director of accounting and held previous roles at GE North American Life & Health. Salo also appointed Robyn Spiering as an HR business development director in Milwaukee and the Midwest region. In addition, the company named Andie Schware as an HR business development director in the Denver market and West region. Prior to Salo, Schware led global teams in change management at Pinnacle Performance Group and spent 10 years at Target in change management.

Sonya Olds Som joined Diversified Search Group as a global managing partner and will lead the firm’s legal, risk, compliance and government affairs practice. Som came to Diversified from a global executive search firm where she was a partner.

Executive search firm Egon Zehnder announced that Michael Ensser has been elected as its chair by its partners. Ensser has been at Egon Zehnder for 25 years and has led its German and Swiss markets. Ensser succeeds Jill Ader, the first female chair of the firm, who had served in the role since 2018. Ader will transition to an advisory role. Every partner has an equal vote on the firm’s chair and elections take place every three years. A person can serve in the chair role for a maximum of two terms.

Brock Wicker is the owner of the Spherion Staffing and Recruiting’s new office in Louisville, Kentucky, serving 16 counties in Kentucky and Indiana.

Lisa Meyers is the owner of Nextaff’s new office in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, serving the Nashville area.

Glassdoor named Aaron Terrazas as chief economist effective immediately. Terrazas joins Glassdoor from trucking startup Convoy. Prior to that, he served as director of economic research at Zillow and as an economist with the US Treasury Department’s Office of Economic Policy.
