Global staffing firm Hays promoted Dave Brown to the role of CEO, Americas, from his current role as CEO of the US to following the retirement of John Faraguna, who will leave the business this June. Brown has 25 years of experience in the US staffing market. He joined Hays in 2014 following Hays’ acquisition of IT staffing firm Veredus. Brown is on SIA’s North America Staffing 100 list.

BGSF Inc., a Plano, Texas-based staffing firm, appointed John Barnett as CFO effective March 20. Barnett has 25 years of experience and previously served as CFO of Protective Insurance and First Acceptance. He has also served in senior leadership roles at Broadcast Music Inc. and Anheuser-Busch. Barnett takes over from Dan Hollenbach, who has been CFO since August 2015.

Nomad Health appointed Anne Walker as CFO. Walker has more than 20 years of experience and previously served as CFO at Repetoire Immune Medicines. In addition, she spent 20 years at Bank of America.

Atrium, a workforce management and talent solutions provider based in New York, appointed Brad Martin as chief marketing officer. Martin has more than 20 years of experience, including executive marketing leadership positions at several staffing firms. He most recently was chief marketing officer at Zero Systems.

The National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations announced the election of four new members to its board for the 2023-2026 term. The four new board members are Robert Dickey, CEO of Medicus Healthcare Solutions; Paul Miller, VP of sales at CompHealth; Gregory Prine, VP of Weatherby Healthcare; and Olivia D’Angelo Reed, sales division VP at Jackson+Coker. In addition, Scott Selby, senior VP at LocumTenens.com, was reelected to the board.

The Adecco Group nominated Sandy Venugopal to its board. Venugopal is chief information officer at Uber Technologies Inc. Prior to joining Uber in 2019, she spent nine years in roles at LinkedIn. The board election will take place at Adecco’s annual general meeting on April 12.

PageGroup plc, a UK-based global staffing firm, appointed Ben Stevens as senior independent director taking effect following the company’s annual general meeting. Patrick De Smedt, who currently fills the role, does not intend to seek reelection to the board.

Salo, a Minneapolis-based staffing firm, announced that Alessandro Cozzi is now a business development director in the Salt Lake City and Utah market. Cozzi has more than 17 years of experience; he began his career in public accounting at Deloitte. Salo also named Justin Chapman as business development director for the company’s Dallas/Fort Worth market. Chapman has more than 20 years of experience. In addition, Salo named Danny Memmott as business development director for its Salt Lake City market. Memmott is a CPA.

Raines International, an executive search and talent advisory firm, announced that Gerard Dash has joined as senior VP, fintech. Dash has nearly 10 years of experience. He is based in Atlanta.
