Lofton Corp. named Matthew Bailey as director of security operations. Bailey began with Lofton Security in 1998 as an emergency medical technician/security officer. Lofton Corp., based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, provides consulting, staffing, security, energy and medical staffing services.

Floyd Lee Locums named Tim Rogers as VP of engagement. Rogers will be responsible for building and leading programs to support personal connections and relationships with providers and clients.

Industrial Human Capital Inc. (NYSE: AXH) named Manny Rivera as CFO and treasurer, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Rivera had served as acting CFO of ShiftPixy Inc., the parent company of Industrial Human Capital’s financial sponsor, ShiftPixy Investments Inc. Industrial Human Capital is a special-purpose acquisition company, or SPAC. The company previously announced the resignation of CFO Gabriel Rodriguez; directors Heath Hawker and Bennet Tchaikovsky had also stepped down this month.

Egon Zehnder, a London-based global provider of executive search services, appointed Rachael De Renzy Channer as global head of sustainability. De Renzy Channer previously led strategy at several companies, including Schneider Electric. Earlier in her career, she served in the British Army for 12 years.

GDH Consulting promoted Jeremy Wilson to executive director of national accounts at the firm. Wilson has been at GDH for nearly 17 years.

Bethany Grieve is the sales manager and office lead at Insight Global’s new office in Ottawa, Canada.

Executive search firm StevenDouglas announced that Bryan Krieger will lead its new office in Cleveland. In addition, the firm named Rob Parker as VP of North Texas to lead its new finance/accounting search practice in that region.
