DHI Group Inc. (NYSE: DHX), a tech jobs website operator, announced Friday that Kevin Bostick has resigned from his position as chief financial officer, effective Sept. 1, to pursue other career opportunities. He is leaving with the “highest regard for the company and its future financial state,” the company stated in a press release, and will be retained on a consultancy basis until Dec. 31. DHI Group has initiated a search for a new CFO. 

Relode, an online healthcare recruitment platform providing peer-sourced clinical recruitment, appointed Teresa Creech to its board of directors. She has more than two decades of leadership in staffing, HCM technology, global MSP/VMS and independent contractor compliance. Creech currently serving as chief corporate development officer at Beeline, is actively involved in the Women’s Business Collaborative and was named to SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame in 2017. 

CrossMed Healthcare, a healthcare staffing provider, added Sara Orr to its executive team as chief marketing officer. She has more than a decade of experience in the healthcare staffing industry and previously was part of a team that created Pulse, a healthcare traveler connection mobile app. In early 2022, Orr founded Omnio Marketing, which provides marketing strategies to the staffing industry. 

Job&Talent, a digital staffing platform based in Madrid, Spain, appointed Jim Grube to its board as an independent member. Grube has more than 20 years of experience building and leading global finance teams. He has served on GameStop’s board as an audit committee chair since 2021. He has also held senior management roles at Amazon, Chewy, Hilton and Vacasa. 

TechGenies, a software development and IT staffing company, added Russel Head to its advisory board. Head has more than 20 years of sales expertise in sectors such as renewable energy, telecommunications, healthcare and nonprofit leadership. His previous roles include CEO of Andeler Power, chief revenue officer of Himagine Solutions and VP of residential sales at Green Mountain Energy Co.
