Technology staffing firm Zeektek formed a cybersecurity advisory board with cybersecurity experts Carmen Marsh and Matthew Rosenquist. Marsh leads a team that consults businesses on cyber risk management, audit and compliance, and change management for large technical implementations; she also founded the 100 Women in 100 Days Cybersecurity Career Accelerator program to develop security experts for companies including Intel, IBM, Centene, PCCI and others. As a cybersecurity strategist, Rosenquist identifies emerging risks and opportunities to help organizations balance threats, costs and usability factors to achieve an optimal level of security. Granite Bay, California-based Zeektek is included on SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Temp For list.

Haley Marketing, a website development, content and recruitment marketing firm serving the temporary staffing and executive recruiting industries, announced three leadership promotions. Brad Smith has been named chief strategy officer; he joined the organization in 2003 as a senior project manager and most recently was director of SEO and social media marketing. Brad Bialy is the firm’s new director of digital marketing; part of the Haley Marketing team for eight years, he joined as a social media marketing advisor and in 2020 stepped into a management role as a digital marketing manager. Mackenzie Froese has been promoted to director of content marketing; she joined Haley Marketing in 2014 as a marketing advisor and will now oversee the firm’s suite of branded content marketing services.

Ceipal named Spring Sanchez as the staffing software firm’s director of digital marketing, reporting directly to CMO Peter Velikin. Sanchez most recently owned a consulting firm, which provided an array of digital marketing services focused on the development of lead-gen funnels and brand awareness. 

PrideStaff announced that its Fresno, California, office has added a G.A. Rogers & Associates division to its existing operations and that Strategic-Partner Sean Akin will head the new executive and professional recruiting division at his office. G.A. Rogers & Associates specializes in direct hire for executive, managerial and supervisory roles in PrideStaff’s core areas of focus.

Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) announced Conor Hourigan joined the firm as a senior client partner in the executive search and consulting provider’s global financial services practice, focused on global wealth management as well as the broader financial services sector in Ireland. Prior to Korn Ferry, Hourigan ran his own executive search boutique covering the wealth management and family office sector in the US; previously, he was a partner in a buy-side executive search boutique in New York and also worked as co-global head of talent acquisition in the human resources function at UBS Wealth Management.
