In this challenging time, when leaders are more important than ever, we at Human Resource Executive® were gratified to see your interest in our 2020 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers. It is a great privilege to recognize these influencers each year!
Your congratulations to those on the list reflect the truly supportive nature of this community, and the many social media conversations about the value of the list, who was on the list, who wasn’t on the list and how the list was compiled provide invaluable feedback for us.
It wasn’t easy to select just 100 influencers for the list. It easily could have included dozens of others whose bold ideas, diverse viewpoints and unrivaled passion also are transforming HR tech. As we wrote in our article with the release, the 2020 list showcases just a sliver of the work being done to redefine human resources, for today and the future.
As we plan for next year, we will refine our process for compiling this list. We will continue to strive to make the Top 100 as reflective as possible of the current leaders in HR tech. We look forward to continuing to acknowledge the countless individuals whose contributions are influential to HR innovation. If you have suggestions on the process, we’d love to hear from you.
