Broadleaf Results promoted both Joseph O’Shea and Judy Walcott to VP of client delivery. O’Shea joined Broadleaf in 2006 and most recently served as senior director of organizational and supplier development. Walcott joined Broadleaf in 2019 as senior director of client delivery. Broadleaf provides RPO, independent contractor compliance, employer-of-record, direct sourcing and other services.
Opptly named Rebecca Valladares as head of operations. Valladares most recently served as VP of client services for People2.0. She will lead Opptly’s customer success and implementation teams. Opptly provides direct sourcing and recruitment process automation.
Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI) announced Marnie Huss Wilking was elected to its board and the board’s nominating and governance committee. Wilking is currently global head of security, privacy and technology risk management at Wayfair Inc.
ZipRecruiter appointed Yvonne Hao and Emily McEvilly to its board. Hao is co-founder and advisor to private equity firm Cove Hill Partners. She also formerly served as COO and CFO of PillPak, an e-commerce pharmacy. Hao is also on the boards of CarGurus Inc., Flywire Corp. and Gentherm Inc. McEvilly is chief customer officer at OneTrust LLC. Prior to that, she spent 11 years at Workday Inc., most recently as chief customer officer.
