While it may be the last day of the virtual Spring HR Technology Conference & Exposition, it’s going to be just as packed with insights and strategies into how HR leaders are approaching their digital transformations.

Diversity strategist Torin Ellis kicks off Friday’s events, sharing the real costs HR faces when it doesn’t prioritize DEI strategies. He will explore how employers can use tech to find and analyze the right data to connect the dots and see the big picture of their diversity efforts.

Standards for DEI advancement so far have been inadequate, Ellis says, and he will challenge HR to step up to the plate.
